Why We’re Different?
Our approach is based on several key principles which pervade everything we do. We employ a team-based approach with every client. Although the client may only be dealing with one therapist, there is constant collaboration within our group. Secondly, we always examine the client in the context of the environment in which they live. We believe this is an essential part of therapy.
Importantly, our team approach fosters a level of quality control which allows our therapists to see their client(s) and their issues from multiple perspectives with the ability to modify the treatment as appropriate. While our approach is customized to each individual client(s), there is a process we go through to develop that personalized program and then to assure it is being implemented, monitored and modified appropriately.
Our Unique Therapeutic Process
Admissions/ Assessment
First, a new client meets with our admissions team who determines the best fit between client and therapist.
Clinical Intake
Upon our therapist’s first meeting with the client, they make a more detailed assessment of what type of therapy may be best.
Assessment/ Reporting
At the end of a period of time (usually about 90 days), our team does an overall assessment of the course of the therapy and adjustments are made accordingly.
Implementation
The program begins with the therapist or Care Coordinator assuring that everything is running as intended

Over the years, we have found this approach — along with our team approach, our viewing clients in context of their environment and our unique quality control process — has resulted in forming a comfortable rapport between our therapists and their clients which forms a relationship where real significant work can get done.
